Tell me a story

Lucia always wants us to tell her stories about Alicia and Diego. Last night after I told her I was tired of telling stories, she decided she'd take matters into her own hands. So she's describing Alicia and Diego were running around to rescue the mommy Scarlet Macaw (based on a Diego episode) and somehow Dora and Boots appeared too and had to cross a bridge. When the boards started falling off the bridge, I asked Lucia why the boards were falling off the bridge. The answer ...

"because it's a tomptitated bridge, Mommy"

After a couple of rough nights, we are finally adapting to the jet lag in Portugal. Lucia is old enough now to be pretty severly affected by jet-lag, but we're coping. She started by going to bed at 3am and waking up at 3pm and only four days later Lucia is going to bed before midnight and woke up at 8am. We're also adapting to the portuguese schedule of having lunch at 2 and dinner at 10 or 11pm, which makes for a late bedtime. Emma is handling it all beautifully in her usual relaxed style. Daddy has gone ahead to Cambridge to set up our new place, leaving us to enjoy the tios for a little longer, but we're looking forward to meeting up with him this weekend in England. After we have a few Pasteis de Belém.

Would this be a "complicated" bridge?
